The hotel is delightful and the pool area stunning, for us it was an amazing place in the wrong area
Spacious rooms with huge bathrooms and magic staff The beach shuttle
The area around the hotel was not the best and it was a walk along narrow broken pavements to get to anywhere If you use taxis you can get to better parts of Seminyak There wasn’t anywhere green to sit around the hotel

Exceptional
The staff treated everyone like royalty. The staff realised we could have limited items from the menu, so they made custom orders for us without us asking to ask for it. We went there for our anniversary + bday celebration and the staff decorated the room with flower petals and gave us a desert with wishes. The attention to detail was fabulous. Clean rooms, fabulous staff, excellent location. I would highly recommend it
-The gym could have been better equipped. -I would have loved to see some vegan options in the morning breakfast. I am only writing this because there is space to do so, these are minor details and in no way affected our stay.
